PureTech Racing provides pure experience ideal for corporate activities with high quality facilities for hosting corporate customers and is an ideal motorsport motivation to compliment a meeting or a conference. PureTech Racing offers exclusive Corporate full and half day formats with prices ranging from half day from £3,500 for up to 50 guests, to a full day from £7,000 for up to 100 guests.
Pure Experience for Corporate Events
The PureTech Racing Centre is the perfect venue for corporate events to entertain and incentivise your customers and staff. PTR will be happy to discuss your objectives and tailor the event specifically to your requirements.
With its easily accessible location close to Gatwick Airport, the PTR Racing Centre is a neutral venue with high quality facilities which make it a new experience opportunity, combining the best features of traditional corporate events and conference hires.
The Racing Centre offers custom designed race sessions and formats to suit your group size and objectives. A private conference room accommodating 20 people is available for smaller corporate presentations and training sessions. Besides the actual racing experience, PTR can also offer presentations giving great insight behind the scenes of competitive motorsport, such as teamwork and total quality management, with a very experienced speaker who for many years worked for a leading F1 team.
If you are looking for a novel, experience driven, safe, and warm and yet adrenalin surging exciting event that has appeal across the board, then PTR can create a package to suit your requirements.
Pure Experience - it’s all about the racing!
The Race Experience consists of practice/qualifying followed by racing, plus briefing sessions with printed telemetry information and race results. There is the opportunity for the drivers to ask questions and receive feedback on their driving performance and receive tips for improvement.
PTR offers great value packages tailored to your requirements for small of large group programmes;
Race Experience - From £300 per groups of 10
IDEAL FOR: Small groups getting together to build relationships, team building and having fun.
Exclusive sessions of 10 with qualifying followed by racing. A total of 30 minutes in car, plus pre and post race briefings, instructor tips and printed telemetry results.
Race Experience Plus - From £450 per groups of 10
As above but with just that little more time to race, interact and have fun!
Exclusive sessions of 10 with test, qualifying followed by racing. A total of 45 minutes in car, plus pre and post race briefings, instructor tips and printed telemetry results.
Half Day Meeting & Racing - From £1,500
IDEAL FOR: Board meetings or sales meetings (up to 20 people).
Exclusive use of the conference room for 4 hours to make presentations, make briefings and race.
Half Day Exclusive - From £3,500
IDEAL FOR: Client, partner, channel and internal team building events.
Exclusive 4 hours facility use to make presentations, make briefings and race.
Depending on your requirements and the time allocated for racing, the number of guests for a half day can range from 20 to 50 people.
Full Day Exclusive - From £7,000
IDEAL FOR: Client, partner, channel and internal team building events.
Exclusive 8 hours facility use to make presentations, make briefings and race.
Depending on your requirements and the time allocated for racing, the number of guests for a full day can accommodate up to 100 people.
Exclusive packages include:
- Exclusive use of the facility
- Race instructor led Race Experience sessions and competition. Guests receive a pre and post session briefings, including printed telemetry information and results, plus trophies for winners
- Simulator track branding
- Tea and coffee with assorted fresh pastries
- Specially developed non-alcoholic cocktails and drinks
- Area for presentations with Audio Visual system
- Area for display of product or pop up banners
Optional extras include:
